1. Acceptance of the Public Offer Agreement does not replace separate consent to personal data processing where such separate consent is required by law.
The user may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to the Operator using the contact details specified in this Privacy Policy. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal.
Separate consent may be required for processing special categories of personal data, receiving marketing communications, using certain cookies or transferring personal data to third parties where required by applicable law.
